Axel (legal name TO CONFIRM) runs STEP registration. Questions or requests: hello@axelnetwork.org.
What we collect
Your first and last name, email, phone, job title, company, LinkedIn link (if you give it), the days you want to come, and your answers to the two optional consent boxes. At the event we record when your ticket is scanned and when your badge is printed.
Why
To check your request, send your ticket and event emails, print your badge, and let you in. Without these details we cannot register you.
Sponsors and partners
We share your name, job title, company and email with STEP sponsors and partners only if you tick that box. List of sponsors and partners: TO CONFIRM.
How long we keep it
If you agreed to stay on the Axel contact list, we keep your details for future events until you ask us to stop. If you did not, we delete your details after the event (date TO CONFIRM).
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your details, or withdraw a consent, at any time. Write to hello@axelnetwork.org.
Where it is stored
On Axel's own server. Emails are sent through Google Workspace.
